Structural Characteristics and Working Principle of 3 Phase Automatic Transfer Switch
A 3 phase automatic transfer switch is a special power switching equipment designed for three-phase three-wire power distribution systems, which is specially used for three-phase industrial equipment, mechanical power loads and commercial three-phase high-power power supply scenarios. Different from single-phase transfer switches suitable for household use, 3 phase automatic transfer switch can synchronously monitor and switch three-phase live wires, ensuring balanced and consistent switching of three-phase circuits.
The working principle of 3 phase automatic transfer switch is based on three-phase power parameter synchronous detection. The internal system monitors the voltage, phase sequence and balance of the three-phase main power supply in real time. Once any phase failure, unbalanced current or power failure occurs, the equipment will trigger synchronous tripping and switching action, cut off the faulty three-phase main power supply, and switch to the standby power supply to continue power supply, avoiding phase-loss operation of three-phase equipment.
SWGCT 3 phase automatic transfer switch realizes synchronous balanced switching of three-phase power circuits.
The 3 phase automatic transfer switch adopts integrated three-link mechanical structure to ensure consistent action of the three-phase circuit, without single-phase lag or failure. It is equipped with perfect fault protection functions such as three-phase unbalance, phase loss and overvoltage. It can effectively protect three-phase motors, production lines and high-power mechanical equipment, and is the core safety equipment for industrial three-phase dual-power systems. SWGCT high-precision 3 phase automatic transfer switch guarantees balanced and safe operation of three-phase loads.
